The Teachings of Tiamat[]
Tiamat commands her followers to:
- Hoard wealth, aquiring much and spending little. Wealth is its own reward.
- Forgive no slight and leave no wrong unpunished.
- Take what you desire from others. Those who lack the strength to defend their possessions are not worthy to own them.
The Death of Tiamat[]
Tiamat was a major part of the Gauntlet that occured on the island of Galakind. On top of helping with the organization and contruction of the challenges, Tiamat attempted to trick Elaine Lightmaker into taking a shard of evil, and killing one of the good or lawful aligned gods. Elaine instead used the shard of evil on Tiamat herself, causing Tiamat to die and all of her power to be transferred to Elaine. Tiamat did die, however, when she died her body was torn into five fully-formed chromatic dragons that were each bigger than even an ancient dragon. These five dragons now roam the wilds, trapped in the mortal world unable to return to the realm of the gods.
